November 8th and 9th, 2019. NSHM Knowledge Campus. Within a very short period of time, the NSHM Knowledge Campus has curved out a distinct niche for itself if the academic map of the region. NSHM Knowledge Campus is all about experiential learning and building an ever-expanding knowledge base involving knowledge partners and communities. NSHM is where information and ideas flow freely in an open and friendly atmosphere – a Knowledge Hub of Global Excellence in which students learn, share, shine and have fun.
The NSHM vision is to set up a knowledge hub where careers follow students and not the other way around.NSHM leverages the best that enables academic institutions to deliver new and more engaging models of knowledge management across campuses thereby creating a new, vibrant and futuristic learning environment.
Naturally, it follows that NSHM takes its college fests seriously and students are provided with every possible aid to ensure that they shine in the circuit, which kind of guarantees instant fame, for the students in general and the institutions fostering them in particular. Therefore, it is no surprise as the undisputed and reigning champions of the college fests circuit – the BESC will be courted, as without BESC’s active participation no fest is considered complete. The BESC students, on their part, hate to deny students in other campuses the opportunity of seeing them perform, revel at their ability to compete and win.
The NSHM fest was no exception. A BESC contingent of 34 ace performers took part in the fest and when the medals were counted, they had, naturally triumphed with one top slot (one minute to fame); four second slots (Antakshari, Street Play, Solo Singing and Fashion Show) and one bronze (Quiz).
