With the year coming to an end BESC witnessed yet another successful library event where the students and honorable teachers had gathered to pay a tribute to an evergreen music legend Frank Sinatra. The events was hosted on 16th December, 2015. The event was coordinated by Prof. Mohit Jain bringing all the talents together under one roof. With preparations of over a month the students had put a memorable show paying a grand tribute to Francis Albert “Frank” Sinatra; (December 12, 1915 – May 14, 1998) an American singer, actor, producer, and director, who was one of the most popular and influential musical artists of the 20th century. Sinatra’s music has been considered timeless. He is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold more than 150 million records worldwide. From a documentary on his life, to series of poetry on his lifestyle and his tribute to entertainment era Frank Sinatra was relived again.
In a series of knowledge workshop, BESC organized a three day workshop on MS-Excel during 19-20-21st November 2015. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Aswini Bajaj. Mr. Bajaj (CA/CFA) is an expert on Excel and is a corporate trainer for companies like Eicher Motors, Tata Interactive Systems etc.
The carbonated soft drink major was in the Bhawanipur Education Society College (BESC) campus to test the fitness level of the students, interact and have a session with the Real Thing.
Raas or Dandiya Raas is the traditional folk dance form of Gujarat, originated in Vrindavan by Lord Krishna, where it is performed depicting scenes of Holi, and Leela of Krishna and Radha. Along with Garba, it is the featured dance of Navaratri evenings in Western India.
