The BBA department of The Bhawanipur College kickstarts its annual intra- college events with General Quiz conducted on the 17th of February 2020. The registrations for the same started on 11th February in response to which twenty- seven enthusiastic teams competed.
The quiz was orchestrated in two rounds, where the first round was held to filter through and recognise the top 6 teams who would compete for the first position. The questions provided for the elimination round caused chaos among the audience members. While one team emerged as a clear winner there was a tie breaker held for the rest of the six out of which only five where to be selected.
The final phase, a total of five rounds was carried out to give everyone a fair chance of emerging victorious. The wining team and the team that bagged the second place where students of the first year whereas the third place was taken by the students of the third year.
The entire event was organised by the student coordinators Thushar Venugopal and Khizir Jaffri with the support of the event management team.

On 7th * 8th September 2015, The Department of Games and Sports, conducted an Intra College Single’s Badminton Tournament at Y.M.C.A. (Chowringhee Branch) Kolkata. 263 boys and 97 girls participated in the tournament. The Tournament was held on knockout basis and was also the selection’s for the College Badminton Team 2015-16.
