Education is an essential component in a child’s life as it enhances their skill, personality, and attitude. It is the foundation upon which their future is built as children are the future of our nation. With this belief The NSS unit of The Bhawanipur Education Society College commenced their 3 months ongoing project ‘Connecting Dots 2.0’ on 4th July 2023 at Keoratala Basanabala Girls High School.
The project aims to upskill the Conversational English & General Knowledge subjects that will help them to learn Spoken English and improve their general knowledge which will make them self-confident and give them the platform to connect to people from the outside world. They will have weekly one class for both Spoken English and General Knowledge which will be recorded, and an assessment test will be taken towards the end based on that students would be given a certificate.
Prof. Gargi, Swapna Ben Patel (Trustee of the School) along with 3 Students of the College went to the school a 4 hours drive to help the school management in setting up the equipment, for a smooth flow of online classes. The other 2 volunteers of NSS took the online class for week-1. Altogether 14 volunteers are participating in the 3-month project.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the NSS volunteers who selflessly contributed their time and efforts to make this program a success. Their dedication and commitment to education are commendable.
We also express gratitude to Keoratala Basanbala Girls School for providing the necessary support and cooperation throughout the program.
Together, we believe in empowering students and creating a positive impact on their educational journey.
