Each team was then assigned to prepare and present a pre-visit project report on one sector/company each. This exercise gave a very solid and basic understanding of all industries and companies to all students.
With this level of understanding and information, the plant and visit followed by interaction with management was very productive and gave a tremendous exposure to students on intricacies of real life situations.
With lot of fun during road travel and enjoying highway food, the students also had the opportunity to enjoy the kite festival in Ahmedabad, They also visited Gondal palace which houses more than 100 Super premium cars from last century.
More importantly, the journey did not end at arriving back on 21st as students team were to prepare final report on the companies visited and its take away. This detailed report will come out in the form of an e-book.
