As it is known to all, students at The Bhawanipur Education Society College are given utmost exposure at various events, and they enjoy a spotlight atmosphere. This time the BEites celebrated its Intra-College Business Fest- NEXUS’15 on 1st September, at the college campus on a large scale. The main event was followed by a series of Training session on Business Plan, Marketing, Group Discussion & Interview from 24th-28th of August, 2015. The inaugural started with the theme song by the college collective ‘Crescendo’ was a colossal addition to its grandeur.
We Create, We Build, We Innovate, We Wield…!! The Power to change the World Lets Join hands and Share the word NEXUS is the Key to the Change we want to bring.
It was followed by the unveiling of the Nexus drop down by Dr. Sreekumar Ray, VP Commerce department. And a dance performance by the Flame Collective.
Prof. Dilip Shah, the Dean of Students Affairs, along with the AISEC members unwrapped the MOU with AIESEC Kolkata, thus announcing the 14th Collective of the College.
The proceedings started with the first event BOL BACHCHAN where all the participants had to be on stage and introduce themselves with a pleasant mirth, compulsory for all it was judged by Prof. Kaushik Banerjee.

Description: This is an event of “Corporate Treasure Hunt” Where the participants had to solve the clues and complete the given questionnaire.

The Event ended with the prize distribution ceremony to the Winners & Runner-up by Dr. Sandip Dan, Rector & Secretary, Governing Body College, Prof. Dilip shah, The Dean of Students Affairs & Prof. Tridib Sengupta, Co-ordinator, BBA Department.
Nitish Raj was declared Star of Nexus Male & Samreen Alam & Sneha Poddar were declared Star of Nexus Female 2015 winners.
Nexus is all set to go Inter college in the year 2016.
