  • To collect feedback on the class lectures to upgrade the course delivery based on the UG/PG curriculum.
  • To analyse the success of academic resources which relate to the projection of curriculum among the students.
  • To provide students with the scope/opportunity to comment on the quality of their learning experiences.
  • Fostering to be concerned about the institution for its welfare.
  • To significantly increase alumni interaction with the institution.
  • To encourage present students to achieve their goals by employing mentorship and scholarship set up through Alumni.
  • To inculcate an exchange of ideas between alumni and students, between interdepartmental students, and among alumni for the betterment of the college.
  • To assess/ analyse the satisfaction of the parents with the class lecture and facilities/ amenities/ infrastructure in the college.
  • To find out the shortcoming of the students from the employers for betterment in the future.
  • To maintain an up-to-date and detailed database of feedback.
  • To implement the analysis of the feedback in the curriculum system.
  • To make a plan/proposal and promote a distinguished platform for the interaction between all the stakeholders of the BESC and to maintain a healthy relationship with all the stakeholders.
  • To promote the interests and welfare of the alumni association.
  • To highlight the success of the alumni in upgrading the eminence and reputation of the college.
  • To assist the Management of the college to provide all types of facilities to the students for creating a holistic environment for the students to have this as a long-lasting memory.
  • The feedback is to be collected from all stakeholders by the IQAC of the College through the Feedback & Survey Committee (Advisors and Sectional/Departmental Coordinators).
  • A Google form is circulated among all stakeholders by the college.
  • The feedback exercise is entirely confidential and anonymous. 
  • Students’ feedback is to be collected from all the departments at the end of each semester.
  • Students’ satisfaction survey is to be completed with the help of the IT and system office of the college during the collection of the final mark sheet by the students.
  • Employer feedback is to be conducted every year at a fixed period decided by the Feedback and Survey Committee.
  • Alumni feedback (offline/ online) is to be collected half yearlyby the committee.
  • Parents’ feedback at the end of each semester/each academic yearconducting the parent-teacher meeting by the committee. 
  • Teachers’ feedback is to be collected at the end of each semester.
  • The feedback received is to be interpreted and analysed statistically
  • Analysed/ assessed report of the feedback is communicated to the IQAC.
  • The proposal/ suggestions received from all the stakeholders are to be evaluated on the background of the vision and mission of the college and considered by the IQAC for their execution.
  • The action taken report is to be prepared by the IQAC of the college and sent to the Head of the Institution for approval and for taking effective measures.
