On 8th of April, The Bhawanipur College organised a seminar for the ones who are interested in real estate investment. The honourable guests and speakers for the event were CA Gopal Krishna Lodhka who is the founder of rerasathi.com and CS Sudhir Kumar Banthiya, the company secretary and legal (GM) GKW Ltd and Moderator Prof. Harshvardhan Sanghi from our commerce lab.
The seminar began around 10:30 am. The speakers had an elaborate discussion on why and how one should invest in real estate, FDI- Foreign Direct Investment, how real estate is divided into 4 avenues, how one can apply for license. They also spoke about PGBP- Profit and Gains from business profession and how one can start investing in stocks.
The seminar ended at 12noon. It was a very informative session, and the students look forward to more such sessions in the future.
A one day Educational trip to Pingla Patachirtra Village and Birsingha was organized by Department of Bengali, The Bhawanipur Education Society College.
