B.Com./ B.A./ B.Sc./ BBA students admitted in academic year 2021-22 (currently in Semester II) are hereby informed that their Calcutta University Registration Certificate along with the College ID Card will be distributed from Monday, 4th April 2022.
This Calcutta University Registration Certificate & Id Card distribution is not applicable for Pre-Registered (registration year 2020-21 or before) students.
Registration Certificate & Id Card Distribution Date: From Monday, 4th April 2022 onwards
Registration Certificate & Id Card Distribution Venue: Valia Hall (Ground floor, College campus)
Upon clicking on the above mentioned link, provide your 10-digit UID & click on Submit button to check your schedule.
Important Instructions:
1. It is mandatory to wear a mask & follow covid protocol at the venue.
2. It is mandatory to strictly follow the allotted date & time slot schedule.
3. It is mandatory to be in proper attire as your photograph will be captured for the College ID card (physical copy) and the same shall be issued to you on the spot.
5. It is mandatory to show the schedule allotment screen at the entrance gate of the distribution venue along with your College Digital ID card. It is recommended that you take a screenshot of the schedule screen. (Screenshot must include Name, UID, registration number, allotted counter & schedule)
6. It is mandatory for students (admitted in academic year 2021-22) to collect the above mentioned documents on the scheduled date & time (mentioned in the above link) as the college digital Id card will be discontinued from 01st May 2022.
7. Please be noted that the Lunch break for the event is 01:30 pm to 02:00 pm.
8. Issuance of college ID Card for Semester IV students will be held tentatively from 18/04/2022 along with the Semester III Marksheet Distribution. The notice for the same will be available in due course of time. Students are advised to keep a track on the college website for the notice on the same.
